The Inside Sales by Design Philosophy

Companies new to Inside Sales or wanting to grow their existing Inside Sales efforts, engage Inside Sales by Design if they are looking for a clear-headed line of sight path to achieving their goals and want to leverage 20+ years of experience in building, leading, and scaling teams to achieve results.

Inside Sales by Design’s proven methods to facilitate sessions and bring individuals and teams together allows for the creation of frameworks for everyone to operate within to up-level themselves, their teams, and their companies.

This leads to tangible results and rewards in the shape of clients and revenue. The intangible rewards are clarity, everybody working together, a feeling of shared purpose, and a greater forward momentum.

Coaching

No team is handed a playbook and then expected to succeed on their own. Every great team requires continuous coaching and growth as they face and overcome new challenges.

Dionne guides your team through her sales methods and works to help grow them as individuals, as a team, and as a company. With her experience, she knows instructions and techniques to bring out the best of your sales team and grow your revenue.

The Inside Sales by Design team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and we believe it’s best to combine yours and our collective wisdom to achieve the best possible outcomes. We bring frameworks to the table and complete them together with you and your teams, thereby driving engagement and ownership.

We do NOT provide scripts. We do facilitate involvement and the creation of the best verbiage for your team to use now and in the future. We’re big believers in “teaching to fish.” Our engagement will typically last anywhere from 3-6 months; however, some clients retain us for longer coaching sessions. Our involvement is up to you, however, we will walk through that discussion together.

Last, as we are building Inside Sales teams, our work is done remotely via phone and video conferencing in the effort to establish and build the muscle of communicating remotely.
