We engaged Inside Sales by Design following a major restructure in our US Sales org in late 2016. Dionne was tasked to help develop the strategy and then implementation a BDR team ready for launch in February 2017. Dionne was instrumental in us achieving that goal and getting us ‘where we needed to be’ along the way as we matured the team through the early part of the year. Not only did Dionne help us with strategy but also provided the ‘meat on the bones’ tactical information that is the basis of our training blueprint we use today.
